| In recognition of outstanding accomplishments in studio art, several scholarships for art majors, Talent Awards and special $1000 Fine & Applied Arts Scholarships for entering freshman or transfer students are available to students. In addition, work-study employment can be obtained within the department and campus wide, and structured internship programs provide for on-the-job experiences in certain majors. Internships have been served in New York City, the eastern seaboard and throughout the southeastern states. Below is a list of annual scholarships offered through the Department of Art. NOTE: The applicant must meet all of the eligibility requirements for each scholarship they choose to apply for. Scholarship Recipients must be enrolled as full-time students each semester they expect to receive the scholarship. EXCEPTION: Senior Studio students are not expected to be full-time. INCOMPLETE APPLICATION FORMS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
